Return Policy

Fishing for reels/Carltons Internet Inc.  requires that all returned goods have a Return Authorization(RA) number assigned in order to receive credit on your account. Any returns without an RA number assigned and clearly marked on the carton will be refused. In order to receive an RA, please contact your sales representative or the customer service department. When contacting your sales or service representative, please have your account information, invoice number and a list of items damaged or missing from the delivery. Claims against damaged cartons are to be filed with the carrier. Your sales or service representative will assign an RA number that must appear in large clearly legible print on the carton and all returned paperwork       
        
Returns are to be shipped prepaid unless authorized by Carltons Internet Inc. or shipped in error. All goods returned will be charge a 15% restocking fee. For any shipping errors, or missing merchandise, customer service must be contacted within 3 days or all claims are void. Items shipped in error must be returned in their original state in their original shipping cartons for credit or replacement.
